Property Responsibility:

 I take limited responsibility only. I will do all that i can to ensure the proper care of your property, however i can not be responsible for replacing it in the case of fire on my property, or any other unexpected disaster of any kind, or any accidents of any kind. By using my services you agree that i am only liable for up to 5 hours of labor only, all property needing replaced is fully the customers responsibility. I also cannot be responsible in the case of theft. Use these services only if you agree to those conditions. Bare in mind that none of that stuff has ever occurred in my business at all in over 7 years, it's only to cover my tail.  Also one day i started to work on a ladies computer and just by chance when i plugged it in flames shot out the power supply, note that i do not warranty any parts when it is in my hands. Thanks for your understanding. When your property is in my hands, i do my very best to treat it with full respect and care, that is my promise.

Not legally responsible for any property damage of any kind due to any reason. By using my services you take 100% full responsibility for anything that may occur. I offer out of the kindness of my heart up to 5 hours of labor in the event of something ever occuring, provided i am capable of it.

Also i am not responsible for any injuries that you may acquire on my property, you agree that you take full responsibility for any injury, damage, theft, or loss of life or properties. (Not likely to ever happen, just covering tail, thanks.)

You agree that any computers that you leave on my property for over 30 days from the day i call and say it's ready, is donated to The KCcomputerDoctor, and is the sole property of The KCcomputerDoctor from that day forth.

Anyone using these services agrees to all statements on this website.

All Lessons are given after a donation in cash is received. Not responsible for any injuries, or anything physically, or mentally affecting anyone taking my lessons. If you are leaving a minor at my location, you agree just by using my services that you are responsible 100% for the health & welfare of that child, and that you hold The KCcomputerDoctor unliable for anything. You also agree not to file any charges, or to file any lawsuits of any kind. By leaving a child in my care, you agree that you are the true legal guardian of that child. A Photo will be taken of you with that child when you drop them off for legal purposes.
