Q: Why are your repairs so cheap?

A: This is not a business. All work is done as a hobby


Q: Are the repairs as good as we would find at the expensive places?

A: Actually it should be a better quality job, as i strive to satisfy my customers without ripping them off. I include alot of free software as a bonus of service with every Format Reinstall. Try getting any of that from the geeks.


Q: Do you guarantee your work?

A: All of my services are guaranteed to be satisfactory for 7 days, all Labor will be free to correct anything that you are not happy with as far as my work is concerned. (But you must bring it to me, i do not give free housecalls)




Q: Do you take responsibility for our property?

A: I take limited responsibility only. I will do all that i can to ensure the proper care of your property, however i can not be responsible for replacing it in the case of fire on my property, or any other unexpected disaster of any kind, or any accidents of any kind. By using my services you agree that i am only liable for up to 5 hours of labor only, all property needing replaced is fully the customers responsibility. I also cannot be responsible in the case of theft. Use these services only if you agree to those conditions. Bare in mind that none of that stuff has ever occurred in my business at all in over 7 years, it's only to cover my tail.  Also one day i started to work on a ladies computer and just by chance when i plugged it in flames shot out the power supply, note that i do not warranty any parts when it is in my hands. Thanks for your understanding. When your property is in my hands, i do my very best to treat it with full respect and care, that is my promise.


Q: Have all your customers been fully satisfied?

A: Nearly all have been very happy. in fact to the point of actually tipping, and many by their return business. However the one who left disappointed was pretty much because they did not backup their systems, and found theirself crashed and i missed some files that they had hidden in an unusual area of their hard drive before doing The Format Reinstall. That was a one time incident, so if you crash and have files hidden,  please remember to let me know so i can retrieve them for you.


Q: Do you have Hardware?

A: No, i no longer keep hardware on hand as alot of things become outdated and ties up too much money. I can get some hardware if you are patient and willing to pay in advance for the parts.


Q: Can you diagnose hardware?

A: Possibly, but without parts on hand i must admit that can be difficult in some cases. My business is now mainly service.



Q: Do you do house calls?

A: Only on rare occasions for repeat customers for about $20 in gas+Repair cost. I might consider it if you live really close if you pay the gas surcharge of $20. (By farely close i mean within 2 miles of my house near Sterling and 59th st) I also must determine that your problem is fixable, if you do not have important stuff saved, like passwords and user names then it's hard for me to guarantee that it can be fixed in a reasonable amount of time, that would cause me to decline the service.


Q: Why don't you do house calls?

A: One is for safety as i've had some questionable callers that sounded like they wanted to do harm to me, but the main reason is because it is time consuming and many times i need access to internet and other equipment that you may not have at your house. Because i want to be in the comfort of my house in the case the problem becomes time consuming.


Q: Why are your repairs better than the others, but cost less?

A: Because i spend more time ensuring that your computer runs smoother and faster, the competition usually charges by the hour or rushes through the job leaving things less than at a perfect level. Money is money and The Lord provides all that i need no matter how little i ask for.


Q: How do i know if i've crashed or there is hardware troubles?

A: Usually with a crash, the computer starts up, or atleast attempts to. You might see a black screen with white letters etc. If it's hardware you may get a blue screen of death alot, or the system won't turn on at all.
